Large patio deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and trees. Deck is enclosed, so your pet is welcome! The neighborhood is a quiet, serene, and clean mountain area with an abundance of Evergreen and Aspen trees. Lots of wildlife - bears, mountain lions, moose, deer, foxes, and more. Convenience store is only 5 minutes away for last minute necessities. Everything you need is right here! Once you settle in, you won’t want to leave. Car is needed. 4x4 in the winter after it snows.
