This cozy 2 bedroom area has a private bath, shared laundry, living area and a great outdoor space set up for bbq, dining and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms are located within an area separated from our home by a shared laundry room. We do have a friendly dog who is kept in our yard but often comes to the fence to greet guests. More than 2 guests add $20.00 per person per day. There are two separate bedrooms. one with queen bed and dresser, the smaller bedroom has a full size bed with dresser in the closet. There is a queen sofabed in living room. Please Note: THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR MORE THAN 2 GUESTS. THE FEE IS $20.00 PER PERSON PER DAY. There is a portable AC unit in each bedroom. the bathroom does have a single step up into it. it has a stall shower and lots of storage for towels. the main living room has a small desk which is great for laptop. the large wall mounted tv has cable and internet access is available. the small kitchen has a large sink, hotplate, microwave oven , toaster, and coffee maker. the refrigerator has a small freezer. There is an additional small fridge outside also. the entry hall off the parking space has 8 feet of closet space. In the rear yard you will find a large covered space with table for 6 and seating for 4 all in the shade. The propane bbq and adjacent table provide space for you outdoor grilling. The views of the mountains is spectacular. Guests have a seperated rear yard for themselves. Laundry is shared. We will inform guests when we will access and use the laundry facilities. Parking for no more than two cars in the gravel off of driveway for guests Guests can call with questions or when home contact me during the hours of 9am to 9pm This is a very quiet residential area with all homes valued over a million dollars. please respect neighbors privacy. Quiet hours are 9pm and outside lights go off at 9pm. Its always best to rent a car while visiting the Big Island. we are three miles from Kailua village and two miles from closest beach. we have two cars available on Turo if intetested. Guests have free use of snorkeling gear and can rent our paddleboard if desired. The price per night excludes the state of Hawaii and Hawaii county taxes which total 17.71% for stays less than 180 days. Tax is based upon total nightly fee after discounts are taken if applicable. Book five or more days and we will refund the cleaning deposit after your visit. (providing unit is left in undamaged co dition) Please note the extra person fee of $20 per person per night after the first two guests. Please book the number of guests accurately to avoid changes to your booking upon your arrival. For parties fewer than 5 guests who wish to use the third bedroom please note there will be an additional $20 per night fee. Please note that we have a very friendly dog who loves our guests and may greet you by the fence to your outdoor space.
