This includes all the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, and any outdoor spaces such as a backyard or terrace. Guests are also able to access any amenities provided including the laundry room on the ground level, and barbecue grill. Guests are given a code to the keyless entry and they can check-in and check-out at their convenience. Most basic essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are included so guests don't have to bring everything with them. We also leave some basic food items such as coffee, tea, and condiments. The only off-limits to guest area is locked owner's closet and garage storage closet. Your host will be available 24hrs a day via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, pleas refrain from calling us or contacting us outside the booking app, except in case of an emergency. Upon arrival you will notice our welcome packet with a few things about the space, rules, and additional info. We are located centrally between Mexico Beach and Saint Joe Beach, in a very quaint and low density area perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The beach is visible right off the front porch and accessible by simply crossing the street. The car is definitely your best bet for getting around, it's a beautiful drive either up or down the coast to shopping and terrific restaurants.
