You will have access to the entire unit during your stay it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen that sleeps up to 7 guests. Enjoy your private oceanfront balcony with your morning coffee or glass of wine. You will find this property to be bright and spacious to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Both bedrooms and living area have air conditioning and the entire condo has been updated. You also will have access to the complex which has an oversized outdoor communal pool (access with key), direct access to the public beach Playa Azul thru private beach gate (access with key), basketball and tennis courts. The grounds are well manicured with walking paths, beautiful gardens, and bench seating throughout. There are also 2 outdoor showers to rinse the sand off after the beach. One by the beach gate entrance and the other as your walking back to the building to the left before you enter the lobby. You can walk to a lot of local beaches, restaurants, the plaza and even shopping. Parking in the complex is free of charge and we allow up to 2 vehicles for your stay. If you plan on venturing off the beach and locality of Luquillo we suggest renting a vehicle to get around the island and other towns. Check in process you will give your information to the gate upon arriving and then check in with the security of the building. Once you are registered you will have access to the condo and will find the lockbox to gain access to the unit and lock up before you leave. Luquillo is located 40 minutes east of San Juan airport. 15 minutes from El Yunque rain forest. Restaurants and shopping a five minute drive in any direction. Direct access to Playa Azul Beach and minutes from other beautiful beaches. Fajardo is a 10 minute drive east also offering waterfront restaurants, beautiful beaches and island excursions such as bioluminescent bay tours, kayaking and snorkeling tours. Suggest that transportation arrangements can be sometimes difficult in the east side of the island. So just in case, I would like to suggest to rent a vehicle in the airport of around the airport where they are plenty of rental car places. Uber is available in PR but not many available in this side of the island. Costa Bella is in a wonderful location. Just 40-45 minutes east of San Juan Airport and Old San Juan, 15 minutes to El Yunque forest, walking distance to several beaches, the Kiosks and the Plaza of Luquillo, 10-15 minutes from beaches, shopping, marinas with snorkeling, boat charters and restaurants in Fajardo, 25 minutes to the ferry to in Ceiba that takes you to Vieques and Culebra.
