It's approx. 1050 sq. ft. The bedrooms are all accessed from the main living area or Kitchen. This gives each room a sense of privacy without having to access them through a hallway. The bathroom was remodeled (2019), it is positioned by the back entry door so it allows easy access by all guests. There is only one house right next to the property (we own this property as well), which is unique for a city-limits home. Additionally, the yard is two city lots; so even more privacy. There are storage units located behind the back alley. These storage units are owned by a company that uses a fully-fenced/personal code entry. This can be a great convenience if you are in the process of moving/purchasing a home and need temporary living quarters. The complete property/deck/yard is included in the rental of the Air BNB. The storage shed that is in the backyard is not included. I’m a text message away, if you need me! We have 3 small children, both work, and raise sheep and goats. Unless you need us, we leave ya be! We take pride in our Air BNB and appreciate you as our guests. This house is located minutes from downtown or mid-town Paducah. It would be too far of a walk, but quick in the car! You should have plenty of space to park in the driveway. We do not mind if you park in the yard beside the driveway, or along the alley (which is what you turn-in on). Please be mindful of parking in the yard if the yard is wet from rain, snow, etc. There is a journal in the property on the kitchen table.
