This is a 2nd story corner unit with tons of airflow.This condo complex sits alone with two other complex's away from the the rest of the resort condos. This is a very quiet location on the property. You will enjoy the lush garden landscape and the beautiful sounds of the many species of birds that sing while you relax on your private balcony. This is a bright beautiful remodeled fully furnished condo. This is your own one bedroom one bath fully furnished ocean front condo. This condo sleeps four people. There is a new king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sized brand new pull out couch in the living room. There is a brand new 55 inch big screen TV on the wall above the dining room table. We just installed new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.  you will have your own private lanai with a table and chairs for four along with two lounge chairs.  You will have full access to the entire resorts amenities. The parking is free when you are a guest of the Kiahuna plantation resort. You are in walking distance of several restaurants, hotels, and bars.You’re in walking distance to shopping and Starbucks as well. You will check in at the front desk of the Outrigger on property. You will take the west entrance into the property. Once your in the property you will take the first road to the right. The Outrigger front desk will be at the bottom of the road. They will have your name in their computer system. They will provide you with the key pad door code, towel cards,and your Internet password. If you need anything during your stay you can press zero from your condo telephone or go to the front desk. They should be able to answer any questions you may have. You will pay A ONE time $278.00 cleaning fee at the time of the initial booking. There will be extra fees when you stay past 7 days. For stays of 8-10 days there will be a $35 mid week cleaning, towel and linen exchange fee. For stays of 11-13 nights there will be a $60 full service cleaning fee. So a 13 night stay will be an extra $95.00 housekeeping fee plus tax paid to the front desk at checkout. For stays of 14-16 days there will be another $15 towel exchange. 17-19 days there will be another $35 towel, trash, linen, and vacuum.Stays of 20-22 days there will be another $60 full service.
