I can’t think of a better place to live in an exclusive country style home, and within minutes take a drive over the pass to some of the most spectacular beaches on the central coast. Santa Margarita is its own small town; within a few blocks you can enjoy the Ancient Peaks Winery, various gift shops, a Chip and Joanna Gains "Home Store", and everyone’s favorite restaurant The Range - which now has a fabulous Mexican restaurant across the street. Having a car is recommended. The home is very centrally located to go North and South to visit Beaches and all of the central coast Owners are pet friendly. They have a cat that lives on the premises and is feed by the neighbor when guest stay at home. There is also a Koi pond that is self contain and beautiful to enjoy watching. The home is lived in most of the year. The owner ask if guest can water indoor plants and feed the Koi. Instructions are at the property. We appreciate guest who can help accommodate this features.
