Prime location one block from the beach with a marina, dining, and lounge nearby. Two minute walk to three different beach access points -- two of which are completely private. Less than a mile walk to downtown Venice where you can enjoy the cute little shops and fine dining. This a 2/1 unit that has a full kitchen, two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two full beds, two living rooms, dining room, and large front porch. Garage also has all of the beach equipment you'll need. We're extremely hands off. If you need something, reach out and we'll help. Otherwise enjoy your stay. Very quiet beach neighborhood. Little traffic, right across from the beach, and easy walking to the downtown shops or the jetty. Garage has four beach cruisers, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, fishing poles, coolers, and some shark tooth finding tools.
