Laundry rooms (on main floor and in the master suite) are equipped with washer and dryer and supplies. Gas and charcoal grills are available. IMPORTANT TO NOTE Owners will sometimes be staying on a designated area on the property in a camper/RV. Ours is a quiet neighborhood with small farms, vineyards, orchards, and stables. Our property is also not far from Traverse City's trail systems (TART and VASA). This is a non-smoking home.
