Linen all included. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board. Private swimming pool, spacious sunbathing deck, great views of the mountain and the beach. Walking distance to beach ( 5 min ). Ocean front, cliff side, villa, with stunning ocean views. Hot summer sun year round! Lots of shaded lounging areas. The View Point Restaurant is walking distance from the Villa, beach within 5 minutes, and Isles Bay Beach Bar just across the Belham River. It is possible to get by without a car if you plan to hang out at the villa. Groceries are 20 minute walk, beach a 5 minute walk. And two restaurants within 5-20 minute walking distance. To explore the island, a car is strongly recommended through Tip Top Car Rentals. There is also Montserrat Island Tours for spectacular well researched island tours. Please note that pricing is discounted for singles and couples needing only one bedroom.
