Second bedroom has it's own independent A/C. You can walk out the living room patio door, along manicured grass and step right into the pool within 20 paces. Beyond the pool is a hot tub in which you can absorb the breathtaking views of the emerald green golf course, the sparkling azure Sea of Cortez and picturesque Baja. LOCATION Located halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, this private condominium provides the perfect space - whether you choose to use it as a home base for exploring the Baja coast or as a tranquil retreat for relaxing in the Mexican sun. Condo is located across from the Hilton Hotel and up the hill along the Cabo Real Golf Course. The Hilton Hotel is a .5 mile walk down the hill and has beach access. The only steps necessary are a 3inch step to get into shower and a 5 inch step onto the grass to get down to the pool. Quiet. Secure. Across the highway and about 1/2 mile up the hill from the Hilton Hotel, and Melia Hotel. If you go to the Hilton, you can park there and access the beach. Morning walks are completely safe and beautiful. A hike up to the top of the mountain is accessed through a private trail. We recommend renting a car. Driving is easy in Cabo. Just the exits and on ramps are tricky. Make sure you check the insurance rates from the rental companies before you book. The day rate and insurance rate can be very different. Many people in our complex will walk or drive down to the Hilton Hotel and use their beach or dine there. There is a minimum fee of $50 per person which they will deduct your food and drink from that fee.. It is a .5 mile walk and you can cross under the highway via a tunnel. Sometimes they let you park there, or you can park on the street. When you arrive to the condo, you will find a welcome letter from us listing suggested beaches, places to eat and tips for visitors. They are some of the places we have grown fond of after our many visits to Cabo. I typically need a few week days (Monday - Friday) in advance to have the unit prepared for guest arrival. It is hard to contact maids or make arrival arrangements over the weekend without advance notice.
