The space is a traditional Envigado flat with good space and light. The balcony is large, adding more communal living space, and overlooks the park. The apartment is equipped with all basic amenities to make you feel at home and to entertain guest! A smart TV is available for you to sign-in to your accounts! Gusts also have access to washing machine and dryer. The guest has access to the entire apartment and a shared laundry area. (Share with two other apartments, free) We are always accessible by phone (text) and have people near by to help with any issues that could arise during your stay! We are right on the border of Poblado and Envigado on Envigado's main canal. It is a tight-knit, safe, classic Colombian neighborhood with lovely neighbors. It is also very walkable with no hills! There is a library and a nice park with an outdoor gym directly across the street. There are produce stands on the corner and you can find many delicious coffees shops and many grocers just a few minutes walk away. Within a 15 – 20-minute walk, you will get to various popular areas like: • Poblado • Buena Mesa (best restaurants in Envigado) • Envigado Centro and Park (the main square) • Viva Envigado (shopping mall) • Ayura and Envigado metro stations Within a 15-minute taxi ride, you can get to: • Parque Lleras • El Salado National Park (Ecotourism Park) You won't have to go far to find everything you need! The house is a 15-minute walk to Ayura and 20-minute walk to Envigado metro stations. It is also very easy catch a taxi or ride sharing services. *Pets* We would love to try to accommodate guests with pets!
