Walking distance to everything! You are IN Condado (not Ocean Park or Punta Las Marías), the upper class neighborhood in San Juan. This house sits only 450 meters from Condado Beach and 250 meters from Ahford ave. Where all the hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars and pubs are. It has 1,000 mega download and upload internet, plus full generator! Close to Old San Juan, San Juan Convention Center, Isla Verde, and SJU Airport. Condado Beach, San Juan is about 45 minutes from the El Yunque Rainforest. Villa Luchetti's Magnificent Spanish Revival architecture will transport you to its origins back in the 1900's. Original floor "loseta", cedar closets. Back on short term rental. The house was rented for 1 year and now is open to travelers again. —>within walking distance to three amazing beaches, San Juan’s top eateries, supermarkets, and touristic sights —>fully air conditioned —>includes game room ----> Full Generator in case of an outage —>5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and guest bedroom —>fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher —>stay at a real house, not an apartment, in the downtown Condado Beach neighborhood —>stay in a historical Puerto Rican home This beautifully two story house has 5 bedroom and a guest room. All the bedrooms have a queen size bed and A/C. There's 3 bathrooms and they all have been recently restored to our modern in the heart of it all, yet worlds apart. Making this house a wonderful puerto rican escape. How I went from guest to host?? I initially stayed here with my friends. I moved from Boston and had a big groups of friends coming down, as I knew the neighborhood we rented this house, Gigi the manager at the time introduced me to the owners. Since then we created a great team and have a very unique property for travelers to enjoy. Gigi is still part of the team and we are available during your stay! While visiting us, we recommend a breezy walk down Ashford Avenue, where you may shop in luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo and Cartier. Be sure to visit La Ventana al Mar, a popular open square facing the ocean, where you may enjoy a wonderful cocktail while gazing at Condado beach. If you crave more adventure, visit the historic Spanish forts and castles of Old San Juan, or you may even embark on a world class deep sea fishing voyage from the Nautical Club, all just a few blocks away. At night, Ashford Avenue lights up with the life of the local social scene, where you may enjoy smooth rhythms, fine cocktails, and perhaps a card table if you so desire. I'm just a call or text away for whatever they need. The Luchetti Villa elegantly sits at the heart of the Condado district of San Juan. Historically, Condado began its process of urbanization at the turn of the 20th century, as it became the suburb of the urban center which was Old San Juan. In the 1950’s it saw another era of growth, as the district became a popular tourist destination, as other major hotels joined along Ashford Avenue. Today, this neighborhood features some of the most beautiful historic and luxurious homes of San Juan, and is also known for its high end shopping during the day and the epicenter of nightlife after dark. Regularly, it hosts music and culinary festivals, enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Condado is probably one of the few neighborhood where everything you need is walking distance. We usually recommend renting cars to get around and get to know the island a little better. If you appreciate the convenience and savings of having kitchen, laundry -- access to the main ave. in the island during your trip, this vacation rental is for you. Great if you're traveling with a group of friends or family, having everyone gathered in one place! Not to mention that you'll be saving $$$$ to stay tight in budget to explore more of what PR has to offer. Important things to know: ->For the BBQ, we do not provide gas for the outdoor BBQ, this is to be used at your OWN RISK and should only be used if you have enough experience and ability to do so.
