Located in the safe, walkable lower PAC Heights neighborhood, your furnished bedroom is in a 3 bedroom 1200sf apartment. Share a large kitchen, living room and bath with 2 guys. Built in 1906, the apartment has tall ceilings and wood floors. There is a coin laundry 2 blocks away for your personal laundry. I clean your linens weekly. The kitchen is always kept stocked and ready if you like to cook: We have lots of cookware, dishes spices and oils. Just bring your bags and make yourself at home! The apartment gives you a feel of old San Francisco with 11’ ceilings, hardwood floors, eclectic furnishing and lots of original art by local artist (I’ve owned several galleries) you have complete access to the total apartment I try to creat a relaxed, quiet, friendly, household. You will Share the space with myself and 1 other Airbnb Guest. I love hosting and interact with guests but respect each others privacy. I am fully vaccinated and prefer guest that are also. Im originally from North Carolina and Ive lived in SF for 35 years. I am a artist/photographer, gardener and part time massage therapist - always busy! I have rescued a senior dog: Luke who is hypoallergenic part, Maltese and poodle- everybody says he’s quite adorable and VERY rarely barks Lower Pacific Heights is an eclectic, pedestrian-friendly part of the Western Addition next to ritzy Pacific Heights. Fillmore Street buzzes with designer boutiques, trendy restaurants and cafes. Residents enjoy proximity to long-standing music venues and Japantown’s sushi bars. The Bush Street - Cottage Row Historic District, a charming stretch of Victorian homes from the 1870s, offers a glimpse into the city’s past. On our block there is everything you need: an award winning wine bar, Outstanding baker of the year Winner pastries, sushi, coffee shop, Gym, Massage, nail and hair salon, coin Laundry and Dry Cleaners..... The #1 California express bus gets you to the Downtown financial district in 15-20 minutes. On the corner there bus lines to the The Marina (Bay), NOPA, Castro, Mission, Ocean Beach. On the corner are stops for Google, Genentech and other tech commuter buses. You can walk to 4 hospitals. (My other 1200 host reviews are from properties I no longer manage) Absolutely Everything is provided here so just bring your bags, and make yourself at home! We have great, High Speed Internet, full cable tv and Netflix. The kitchen is well stocked with basics: oils, lots of spices, paper products and a plethora of cookware. There is a Keurig Coffee Brew and a tea kettle. Your bedroom has a large glass desk and chair, TV, a full size bed with all linens. Plus, furniture with tons of drawer space and a closet. The bathroom is shared but all guests have commented how easy it’s been and there is always plenty of hot water.
