Are you looking for the perfect house for a large family gathering? This luxurious 5 bedroom house, is conveniently located in the south part of San Diego, 15 minutes from the San Diego airport, downtown, or the famous Coronado Island Beaches. This beautiful home was designed and built by an architect and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and an additional 1 studio bedroom with a full bath in the detached pool house for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. This modern home features a very spacious backyard with a large swimming pool, a hot tub, various types of palm trees, and plenty of outdoor furniture and amenities for the guests to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. There is plenty of private parking spaces in front of the house. There is a large outdoor area for lounging and entertainment, including a Weber BBQ grill, large outdoor seating areas, pool and hot tub. Hot tub is heated free of charge during your stay in the evening and turned on from 5:30PM to 9PM on weekdays and 5:30PM to 10PM on Fridays and Saturdays. All day heating can be provided for the pool and/or spa for an additional fee of $125 per day and the service has to be provided for the entire duration of the stay from the day of the check in to the day prior to check out. Please advise in advance if you are interested in all day pool/spa heating. *No parties or events allowed. Guests who host parties or events will be charged a fine of $1,000 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance. *No outdoor music or other outside noise after 9:00PM on weekdays and after 10PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Also, pool hours are strictly from 8:00AM to 9:00PM on weekdays and 8AM to 10:00PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Please respect our neighbors! *Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Our maintenance worker will access the side gate to take out the trash bins to the street on Tuesday evenings and return the empty bins inside on the following day after pickup. *Only guests on reservation are permitted on property unless prior consent given by host. This includes day time visitors and any visitors on the property* *Please no trash, rocks, or pool floaties with glitter. Left over trash, glitter, or rocks found in bottom of the pool will lead to a $200 charge for clean up costs and emergency filter cleaning. *Please do not adjust any of the pool or Jacuzzi settings so that no damage may occur to the delicate and expensive mechanisms. This place is located in the city of Chula Vista, just a little over 10 miles south of downtown San Diego, putting you conveniently close to plenty of big city fun and excitement. This includes Balboa Park, Mission Bay, Sea World, Coronado Island, Old Town San Diego, 32nd Street Naval Station, and more. Closer to the home, visiting golfers will want to challenge the links at the San Diego Country Club.
