Mahalo, Troy and David PROPERTY DETAILS BELOW We are the newest owners of this renovated ocean front studio resort as of February 2, 2022, Escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, chores and away from large noisy resorts. If you want a taste of old Hawai’i, “The Napili Bay” resort offers a true old Hawaiian feel and style. Walk directly downstairs to the ocean and embrace the breathtaking sunsets from the beach or your lanai. I came across this resort in the early 90’s and fell in love with it but ended up buying in Ka'anapali Shores in 1999, now owning on island for 23 years, I finally was able to buy this beautiful studio in one of my favorite resorts on island and now we own two beautiful units on the water, how blessed are we? This ocean front/view studio is an upstairs unit and holds 366 sq. ft. It was just completely remodeled, redecorated, and completed at the end of April of 2022 and is just steps from the sand and water awaiting your stay. It sleeps four adults comfortably offering a full kitchen, one bathroom, a lanai overlooking ocean/sunsets, (1) new memory queen size bed and memory queen sleeper sofa and no bar free underneath pressed against your back, (1) pullout/tilt 42" smart TV, with Alexa, offering free internet and free parking, 72" remote controlled ceiling fan. Within the resort there are two each community washers and dryers and two BBQ's, outdoor seating/eating entertainment area, two outdoor showers, and an on-site manager and more, please read amenities. If a studio is too small or you need additional accommodations for friends or family, we also offer our new property we just acquired at "The Kuleana Resort" in Honokowai 2 miles south of Napili and 1.5 miles from north Ka'anapali. This is a 1180 sq. ft. suite offering a two story penthouse on the top floor of the building with two bedrooms, two baths with dramatic ocean views. I offer immediate communication with all guests upon bookings, and during their stay at both of our resorts. It is always best to contact me by phone for quicker response than through this site. You can text, call or email anytime. I am on PST 2/3 hours earlier than HST. We are nestled in the bay of Napili in an adorable quaint resort of only 34 units. It is a very quiet resort right on the ocean. There are many restaurants in the area and one right on the bay. We offer free parking, free internet and full cable. Its best to rent a car. You can also bike, take bus as well or Uber. The complex is beach front and there is free parking on the complex should you rent a car from the airport. You receive one free parking stall within the complex. Upon your booking, we will reply within minutes or within the next business day depending on time of your inquiry or booking.
