Once inside, you'll notice the beautifully maintained lush grounds. you'll have access to the pool, pool deck, and lounge chairs. Next to the pool is the shared BBQ area completed with grill, table and chairs, and sun umbrella. There's a larger mango tree on site and you're free to take any mangos while in season. You'll have access to the shared laundry space near the office. Lastly, the parking lot is gated, which you have access to with the key fob provided.
