The retro-modern beach retreat studio is quaint and efficient, and just newly renovated! Only 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach. The studio is private with its own separate entrance. Fits a single guest perfectly. The complex is quiet and secured, yet centrally located in Waikiki, near the beach, International Market Place, Ala Wai Canal (& walking trail), Kapiolani Beach Park (tennis, BBQ, etc.), the Zoo, Aquarium, and Kapahulu Ave. No parking is available but it is near public transportation. The space has everything you need to call it home, including a fully functioning kitchen, full bathroom and small closet. High speed internet (322 Mbps) and flat screen cable Smart TV. The location is extremely walkable to the beach, parks, and all the shops and dining that Waikiki has to offer! The guest has their own private entrance into the unit. There is a pool in the complex, and even a gated storage area for bikes and surfboards. The owner lives nearby in the separate unit and am available through message or text for questions :) The complex is quiet and secured. The view just outside the front door overlooks beautiful city and ocean views from 17 floors above. Chill out after an active day and enjoy the tradewinds. The location of the building is close to bus stops, Biki bike stations and trolley. Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) are very easy to access. If you are renting a car there is free street parking on Ala Wai Blvd., just be sure to pay attention to the signs. Parking can be VERY difficult/expensive in Waikiki. Many guests will rent a car from a car rental establishment or Turo early in the morning and then drop off before returning to the unit. The space is perfect for a single guest, at approximately 160 square feet. The building is located 17 floors above Ala Wai Blvd. (a pretty busy street) so there can be noise from cars and other urban-city types of ruckus, especially at night. There are no laundry facilities located in the unit or building, but a laundromat is located just a block down the street.
