Elegant Escape is a new luxury home with 4 Master Suites. There are three bedrooms in the main home and the fourth is a detached ohana suite for ultimate privacy. The first Master Suite has a King bed, spa-like master bath with outdoor shower courtyard. The second master suite has a King bed and the third master suite has two Queen beds and both have private ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom in the detached ohana suite has King bed, its own private ensuite bath and mini-fridge.  The living room and lanais have been elegantly furnished with plenty of comfortable seating throughout. This neighbourhood is quiet and private with only 17 residences within the gated community. Every home is exquisitely appointed and boasts its own private pool and spa. A car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
