The back deck has a propane grill and brand new hot tub that fits six along with four chairs and a cocktail table. The game room includes air hockey, fooseball, 100+ classic arcade games, and a dartboard in addition to a 55 inch 4K TV. This recently renovated Poconos charm is located inside a private gated community (Poconos Country Place) that is filled with amenities, including: 2 lakes, 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, mini-golf, playgrounds, and multiple tennis & basketball courts. PETS: Pets are allowed with a one time fee of $80 that is charged through the Airbnb resolution center after you book (three pets would still be $80). AMENITIES: 5 guest passes are included in your booking, which provides access to all 4 of the Poconos Country Place pools and paddle boat rentals for lake E. To note, additional guest passes may be purchased at $12 per day (this is a rule of our association and we have no control over these fees). **Outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. **Private lake beach, basketball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, and paddle boating is available May through August. All beds have new mattresses and are filled with fresh linens. KITCHEN: fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, silverware, a full knife set, plenty of dishes, cooking basics, microwave, oven, and a drip coffee maker. OTHER: Complimentary linens/towels, high speed WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, dishwasher pods, hand soaps. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. Adjacent to the dining room table is the living room with two sofas and comfortable chairs to kick back and watch a movie on the 65 inch 4K TV. Two out of the five bedrooms have king size beds. Two other bedrooms have queens and the last bedroom has two attached twins (a trundle). The front deck is directly across from the lake and has a table that looks straight out on the lake across the street. The neighborhood is super friendly! Our driveway can fit up to six cars. Always a text or call away! The home is within the gated community of Poconos Country Place! It is an extremely safe neighborhood on the lake with 24/7 security. Parking is a breeze, you can fit up to six cars in our driveway. Uber and Lyft are also accessible! Have the peace of mind that our home is located within a gated community, Poconos Country Place. Because of this, there is one piece of additional paperwork that we will send shortly after you book the reservation to register you and your group with our gated community (at no cost). It is simply a document that asks for your guests names and any vehicles that will be entering the community throughout your stay.
