Our newly renovated first floor condo is just steps to the pool and ocean! The Sunshine Suite boasts an open floor plan with our well-equipped kitchen flowing right into the living room. There you will find two over-stuffed couches with a smart flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom and second full bathroom complete the condo. Enjoy your private outdoor gallery or take advantage of the the pool and beach just steps away! Guests have access to the entire condo. There are two locked owners closets within the condo. Please be respectful and do not try to open these. Our family owns multiple condos in Colony Cove and spend about 4 months of the year on island. At times, we may be available in person, but if not, we are always available through text, phone or e-mail.
