I'm avid skier, runner, hiker, photographer and mom of two boys! We love Tahoe and everything it has to offer year round and we hope you have a truly spectacular stay in our home! Our townhome is located at the top of Kingsbury grade in a peaceful neighborhood close to Heavenly Mountain's Boulder and Stagecoach Lifts. Locals will argue that it's the best access to the mountain! There are two restaurants and a small general store in our neighborhood. It' just a 10 min drive or Uber ride down to the Casinos, restaurants and Heavenly Village. There is a mini split air conditioning unit to cool the main floor and loft bedroom of this home. Portable fans are also provided for lower level bedrooms, which remain cool in the summer. There is no garage. Free street parking allowed for two vehicles (permits must be displayed). This home is not baby-proofed, and infant supplies are not provided. There is no cable TV in the house; there are 4 Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, STARZ etc. and live TV available on YouTube TV. Hi-speed Wifi is provided.
