The access to the studio area is quite independent. It has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and Wifi. You are within walking distance of historical Coyoacan plaza, museums, libraries such as El Sótano, Gandhi and FCE, or you can go chopping to a close by mall or to either of two supermarkets. We are located half a blok away from Miguel Angel de Quevedo where you can get either busses or taxis, or you can call “a safe taxi service”. Miguel Angel de Quevedo metro station is close by. If you are driving your car, it can be safely parked in front of the house, we have neighborhood and security cameras. Absolutely no pets, no smoking and no illegal drugs. No parties nor excessive noise around the clock. Observe a friendly demeanor, you are expected to be friendly if you run across your hosts and with our service personnel at the door of the house, in the street or in the garden. You must separate organic garbage from inorganic waste, and in place them where they are picked up by the city services in the designate days. Since our library is in the studio, you must expect that we may need to retrieve books. The garden should be kept free from garbage or dining utilities. Agree with hosts on turns to use the washing machine. Entry into the hosts house is allowed only if expressly authorized. Please lock the street door. A weekly cleaning service is provided for the studio, but you are expected to maintain it clean, kitchen included, as well as your daily dishes and used appliances
