The master bedroom features a patio/sitting area with nearly 10 feet of sliders looking out to the common areas of the development, including the pool, which is just steps away. The master also includes a additional vanity/makeup area. There is a laundry area in the unit as well. There is one covered parking spot, and additional storage just off the covered parking spot, which we have placed two cruiser bikes, beach chairs and other items for you to enjoy during your stay. Our home has a Keurig coffee maker, cable TV, wifi, and Amazon Echo's in each room to allow you to enjoy music and information just by asking Alexa. There is one covered parking spot assigned to our condo, and other open spaces in the development. Plantation features many many miles of bike lanes and walking paths for you to explore. Guests can call, email or text me while they are here, as we live just a fee miles away. We are located in Farmington Vistas area of Plantation Golf and Country Club, a beautiful country club and golf course community with two 18 hole championship courses, pool, tennis, bocce ball, pickleball and more. Check with the country club for membership options, including discounted Summer memberships! The LPGA hosts their 2nd Round of Q School here every October. The neighborhood features miles and miles of walking paths and bike lanes for you to get out and enjoy the Sunny Florida weather. There is a covered spot for parking. We have two cruisier bikes available for our guests to use to enjoy the miles and miles of bike lanes and walking paths throughout Plantation. There are public grills in the common area of the development, but in the unit itself. The condo is in the Plantation Golf and Country Club development.
