Our place is situated in the smallest, most authentic village of Atitlan called Jaibalito. Traditional Mayan families inhabit this wonderland only reached by boat. Our house is set on the hill away from the town churches and other unpleasant noise, making it a very peaceful setting. We have no neighbors around, only birds, little squirrels and the most breath-giving views of the volcanoes and Cerro de Oro. This little hidden gem of a town although very small has a little market providing organic garden veggies, freshly baked bread, free range eggs, the best coffee in the world and a few of the best restaurants of the lake! Our little town Jaibalito in reached only by boat, short 20 minute ride from the main town of Panajachel where most shuttles arrive and depart from. You can leave your car there as well and take the local speed boats to reach any of the other quaint little towns around the Lake. We are very conscious of our environment and recognize we are nature ourselves so we ask that everyone who visits understands how precious our resources are, importance of separating our trash and really take the time to sit and enjoy our greatest resources from the mother nature.
