Welcome to this family/group home in the heart of Honolulu. Its location makes it easy to work and play in Honolulu. Minutes away from Waikiki, downtown, Airport, Most major hospitals, etc. A beautiful 20-30 min drive to the Windward side's famous Lanikai beach. While the home is equipped to host 8 people, we think the perfect group size is 4-6. We will be happy to host all 8 but keep in mind it will be a little cozier. You are only minutes away from Waikiki, downtown, Airport, Most major hospitals, etc. A beautiful 20-30 min drive to the Windward side takes you to the famous Lanikai beach. While the home is equipped to host 8 people, we think the perfect group size is 4-6. We will be happy to host all 8 but keep in mind it will be a little cozier. We have a blowup toddler bed that can hold 300 lbs, a playpen, and an extra large tent that can be set up in the backyard for fun. The backyard is equipped with everything you need for family fun. There is a jacuzzi, gas grill, outdoor living room set, café lights, trampoline, swings, and swing set. We have a huge Lychee and Mango tree that fruit in the summer. Sure eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. The property has a very separate studio on the garage level of the home that we also Airbnb. We hosted many guests in that studio while living in the main home and hardly ever saw or heard any of our guests. The on-site parking will dedicated to the main house guests only. While I won't be available in person, I am just a short phone call or text away. Location: Alewa Heights area which is up the hill from Nuuanu and Kalihi areas People can Drive, Use Lyft or Uber or Use “The Bus” (bus stops within walking distance from the house) The laundry room is on the exterior of the home and we allow studio guests to use it sparingly when it is ok with you. We suggest allowing one designated day a week for the studio guest as needed. But it is up to you. We love our great neighbors and so we ask that you do not do anything that would bother them in any way. If you must smoke, I have had guests take walks around the lovely neighborhood to smoke and that is fine. Smoking just outside the front of the house may not be as good of an idea. Mahalo! Although the home is in a residential area and has a studio as part of the house it's quite private. I have hardly ever heard any sounds from around the area while relaxing in the space. Property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. The 30 days do not need to start on the first of the month. Please let us know your dates and we can offer you a more specific rate for your stay. Note: This cost is for the rent of the property and after you proceed to book you will see property taxes/cleaning fees to be included. A pet deposit may apply.
