Landmark rock formation and views of Pikes Peak and the continental divide from the property. Miles of hiking trails and world class fly fishing nearby. We would be happy to tell you about all our favorite places to hike, eat and play in the area. Rustic western Bunkhouse recently remodeled. NEW Pillow top mattress!!Outside there is a gas grill (Propane is provided) and a small fire pit. (Check with us before having a fire. There is often a fire ban and extreme fire danger) ONE roll of toilet paper is provided There is a large fenced area for your dog...please note there is a $15 fee for each dog staying with you There is another Cabin in the property about 50 yards from the Bunkhouse. Please respect other guests privacy We live across the road from the Bunkhouse and are on the property daily with maintenance. You can’t see our house but we are always available for questions, requests or any help you may need The Bunkhouse is in a very quiet rural area. There is a lot of wildlife that will come around the yard. Please enjoy and respect the peace and quiet. Keep noise and outside lights to a minimum. There is a separate driveway and parking for the Bunkhouse. Most of the year 2 wheel drive vehicles are fine. During the winter months, four wheel drive is best. Snow is usually cleared from the roads within a few hours of a snow storm. travel is not usually a problem. There is an additional $15.00 fee for each dog that stays with you. Dog Rules: 1. Never allowed on furniture 2. Must pick up dog waste from yard 3. Have fun playing with your furry friend, off leash, in the 1/4 acre fenced in area!
