The property is 7.1 kilometres from the Shahjalal International Airport. This's the most secure residential area in Dhaka city and one of the best residential areas to reside in. It's a two room small private apartment along with a kitchenette with all modern amenities and a toilet. The apartment overlooks a green rooftop garden. Just seven minutes by foot is a well stocked mini supermarket called the CSD where you can purchase all daily necessities and adjacent to it is a small cafe. The one thing that stands out in our property is that the residents have a wonderful view of the rooftop garden from the apartment. Guests have access to the rooftop garden and the washer located in the ground floor. Guests will share the rooftop garden till 11 pm with the residents and a working artist. Guests can call me on my cellphone, email or text me at any time. If for some reason, I'm unavailable, guests may call my wife, Shahnaz on her cellphone. This's one of the most secure residential area in Dhaka. Dhaka has changed a lot for the better after the introduction of Uber a couple of years back. It's cheap, comfortable and very safe. There's another similar service called Pathao. Laundry service at a reasonable charge is available near the property. Clothes for ironing are delivered the next day but washing takes four days. The security guard can help with getting the job done by taking the clothes to the laundry. For guests who’re willing to do the ironing themselves can help themselves to an iron and an ironing board kept in the apartment.
