Explore Downtown Jonesboro’s vibrant streets and good eats with this 2 Bed, 1 Bath loft as your base. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful artwork and luxury finishes throughout. The 209 is located in the heart of Downtown Jonesboro! The 20 foot ceilings compliment the open and airy layout that can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. BEDROOMS: The home is furnished with one king size memory foam bed in the master bedroom, and one queen size memory foam bed in the guest. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal number of guests would be 1-4 people. Each bedroom has smart TV’s, plenty of pillows, & closets for your personal items. BATHROOM: You will find the full size bathroom at The 209 is completely remodeled and ready for your stay. The bathroom features a rainfall shower and a full size tub. KITCHEN: Downtown Jonesboro hosts some of the finest eating that the entire city has to offer but preparing a home cooked meal will never go out of style. Inside the kitchen, you'll find it fully stocked with all the silverware, pots, pans, plates, and appliances one would need to prepare a meal. LIVING ROOM: The living room is furnished with a 65” Smart TV that has access to streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, and more! (You are welcome to login to any other service that you personally pay for) WORK SPACE: Working while staying at The 209? No worries! Feel free to set up shop in the designated work area that offers a beautiful glass desk and plush chair with a stellar view of Main Street. The 209 also comes equipped with internet access that will allow you a pleasant online experience. PARKING: Free parking is available all over Downtown Jonesboro.
