Laundry room, bicycle and indoor Peloton (in a shared space). Walk to all that Rockridge and Temescal have to offer. Important Note: There are 1.5 baths. The 1/2 bathroom (sink and toilet) is inside the studio, and the full bathroom (including a shower) is private to you also but to access it you walk up the back stairs and one step through a shared space. This is Bay Area unique and not for everyone! The kitchenette isn't a full kitchen but is set up well for cooking simple meals (2 burners, a large convection toaster oven, microwave, Instant Pot, blender, coffee maker, mini fridge, large chest freezer, pots/pans, cutting boards and all you need for cooking). The yards have wifi so you're welcome to work remotely in the sun or the shade. Well-behaved pets are welcome, and you'll likely meet my very social puppy in the yard. Santa Fe is a hidden gem off-the-beaten-track neighborhood hosting creatives, cooperatives, verdant gardens and vintage homes. Easy commute to San Francisco and UC Berkeley. Santa Fe hosts a monthly garage music series in the street, an underground house concert venue (converted from a vintage laundromat), a 4-generation black family owned Southern diner with delicious pie, and a Tamale window (don't miss it). Private entrance to the studio behind a locked wood garden gate. Free on-street parking is relatively easy since the street is mostly single family homes. Off-street parking spot may be available if not already leased. Bicycle is available for guest use. I live upstairs - and am available via phone and text. I fostered a sweet puppy during the pandemic and couldn't give her up - so you'll likely meet a friendly pup in the yard who will want you to scratch her belly...
