Only 2.5 MILES to the beautiful and famous PENSACOLA BEACH and 5 MILES to DOWNTOWN PENSACOLA! This quaint home includes a combination Kitchen/Dining/Living area--true Beach Barn style! The Master Loft features a 2 Queen Beds. The home can comfortably accommodate 4 adult guests in total. All the bedding was purchased with comfort in mind and enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. There is also a comfortable couch in the living room. In the home, we have high-speed WiFi and a large LED Smart TV with free streaming of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, News, Sports, etc. Outside, you have a large driveway for car parking in the front and a cozy porch for relaxing! We provide shower necessities including body soap, shampoo, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C to keep you cool. Coffee, sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary. This home is located in a safe, family-friendly area walking distance from a grocery store, a park (with playground equipment, a pavilion with tables, a soccer field, etc), local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated! Parking is free in the home's driveway, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. If you have more than 2 vehicles, please notify us for instructions.
