Welcome to our charming Carriage House in the heart of Franklin. You'll feel at ease here with all the comforts of a home in a quaint, cozy space. Enjoy all of your adventures in the mountains and then return to stroll up Main Street for dining, or a beer at our local brewery, The Lazy Hiker. It feels like a simpler time here and you can leave the stress and chaos behind for a little while. This cozy home has everything you need! Cook your meals, work at the large desk and do laundry while you are here. Spacious closet with hangers too. All the comforts of home in a cozy and comfortable space. Guest have the entire apartment and a deck to relax on. Our yard is small but nicely landscaped. We have a designated space for one car beside the unit. We are available for questions by text if you need us. You will be in the heart of historic Franklin. There are sidewalks leading to everything to you need. Most everything is within walking distance. For attractions you'll need to drive. No Uber here sorry. Our apartment is temperature controlled by a very efficient split unit. Both units have remote controls. They must both be both keep on either air or heat at the same time.
