There is a boat lift for your use (ask us about availability) as well as access to an easy to use public boat ramp around the corner. This is a bottom floor, end unit condo with plenty of privacy as there are no condo's on any side of it. Windows extend along the entire side of the condo which allow for beautiful lake views from each room. If you enjoy being in town and having close access to events, shopping and all the amenities of the City of Polson, this is the perfect spot for you. The condo is within blocks of three large city parks with each offering something different. There is a fantastic public boat ramp just down the hill from the condo and usually plenty of spots to park your boat. There are docks for fishing off and a scenic walking path to explore. Restaurants, the movie theatre, shopping and a casino are but a short walk away. The beach condo has plenty of amenities such as a fully stocked coffee bar, filtered water, washer & dryer, fireplace, beach chairs & towels, wifi and a wireless printer, Alexa TV and brand new furnishings. In the kitchen you will find oils, spices and plenty of kitchen-ware for any meal small to large. The condo is in a great location with easy access to the lake and stunning views. While you have complete independence due to the pass code entry system, assistance is never far away. We have a wonderful team at Bayside Property Management who can take care of any immediate needs that may come up while you're at the condo. Tracey and I are always available through messaging and are just down the road in Missoula. We do get up to Polson frequently as it's our favorite spot and we have family there, so we are available to meet up on occasion. We hope you love the condo as much as we do! Bayview Condominiums are a smaller complex offering one of the best locations in Polson for lake views, access to the lake, parks and events. It's relatively quiet in the evenings. During the busy summer months the area can be bustling during the day as the park is popular with locals and tourists alike. There are events and concerts in the park as well as on and near Main street, which is a block or so away. Polson is a smaller community and doesn't have a lot in the way of taxi or shuttle service, but you can use Lyft or Uber if you find you need transportation services.
