THE DESIGN AND LAYOUT Enter through beautifully engraved wood doors to a very spacious open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge. This area is finished off with granite tile floors and high ceilings and features a limestone lotus flower carving to reveal the adjoining rice patty. Left on Apr 25, 2017 for a stay in Mar 2017 Villa Kupu Kupu was our home for 1 month in Mach 2017. It was one of the most amazing staying experiences we have had so far. The villa looks the same as on the pictures, clean and comfy. The villa is new and beautiful, the bedrooms spacious with amazing tropical bathrooms! It was really great just lounging at the pool or in comfortable gazebo. There is good size well equipped kitchen with big fridge. Villa have very good unlimited reliable internet connection for working online. The location is great - very close to restaurants, Ubud center with the shops, tradicional market. Big supermarket Bintang is very close the villa (1-2min by foot). Villa has no direct accscess to the road - so it is very peasfull. Area around villa is very nice too. Rice field on one side and other nice villas on the other side. Safe gated private area around the villa. We rented a scooter and it was very convenient to get anywhere in Ubud in a 2-5min. But if you want it is not very far to go by foot to the center. The villa owner Bruce and villa manager Ketut were very helpful, and were very quick to respond to any questions we may have. All in all, we had a great and memorable holiday at this villa. To anyone considering to stay around the Ubud area, you definitely cannot go wrong with this villa!
