This spacious and full or natural light home is a historical gem. This is the ONLY home inside the building that kept its original flooring since 1920 and it has been kept in great conditions. Due to the amount of natural light I decided to create a nature inspired decoration, very earthy, clean and minimal feeling to enjoy every space at its fullest including the flooring. The high ceilings gives it the colonial vibes and the balcony doors are enchanting at night. As soon as you enter the property, you will find the kitchen on your left, white cabinets and italian backsplash, spice rack on the counter, gas stove and sink. Shelves on top with glassware and plates. The kitchen includes, coffee maker, basic kitchenware, utensils, fryer and some decor including a nice Cartagenian (palanqueta) painting that adds some color. On your right we included a large mirror to take some fun pictures before going out and it also gives the impression of a bigger area, underneath a wooden bench. Going on, you will find a high quality dining table, with a textured table runner that gives it a more of a boho vibe. I included a battery candle that gives it a more warm feeling that goes very well with the complimentary wine. Next to the dining table I added a small corner water fountain to compliment the natural feeling with the sound of water. Next to the dining area, there's the living room. A tan colored couch with some colorful pillows and a nice cozy throw, two puffs made out of natural straw that matches the couch style. A wooden coffee table and side table with decorative vases. The living room includes a smart TV with fast internet and right on top of the tv you will find some decorative plates that matches some of the living room textures. The living room has direct access to a large private balcony with an amazing street view. The space also includes natural plants that have adapt inside the living room due to the natural light. Right behind the living room, there's the master bedroom. Large bedroom with a very clean and natural feeling. I included a hanging hammock chair next to the other balcony door, perfectly design to open the balcony door and read a book or simply enjoy a drink. On top of the bed there's a large painting that signifies earth, birth, nature, wilderness... The bed is surrounded by two hanging lamps to provide more room on the nightstands for books, phones, or whatever guests might need accessible to them. King size bed with high quality sheets and a throw and decorative pillows. In front of the bed two small stools. On the wall next to the bed there is a large painting made by a well known artist and on the right there's the master bathroom. Full shower, big shower head, great water pressure and hot water available. High quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided along with a body bar soap. Very spacious shower with a decorative shower curtain. The sink space is very large perfect for couples that like their own side of the sink. We also provide with hand towels and face towels. Face soap and hand soap as well. The bathroom comes with hair dryer. Inside the large bathroom there is a closer and I provided with disposable slippers and a white robe. Iron and iron board available. You have access to the entire apartment and its balcony. In my traveling experience I have realized how important it is to have response 24/7 so you will be provided with a personal host/administrator that will greet you at your arrival and help you in any way possible to make your stay more pleasant. You can contact him at all times without a problem. Very quite and calm streets, with amazing coffee shops, ice cream places, clothing stores and restaurants on the same street.
