Rancho AlMar has a relaxing environment. Located at the Veraneras Resiencial with 24/7 security, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area. Either stay home and relax , go to the near by Los Cobanos beach or go to the Las Veraneras Clubhouse. Both are a 2 minutes drive from the beach house and both have restaurants and beach access. At night enjoy the lighted swimming pool or simply seat down on the lawn area look up and enjoy the stars while enjoying your favorite drink! The residence has a private master room with a queen size bed, night stands, a dresser with mirror and its own bathroom. The 2 junior rooms have 2 full size beds and a twin (one set is a bunk bed) night stand, dresser with large mirror. The 2nd bathroom is in a common area. There is also a 1/2 bath/dresser room adjacent to the master bedroom on the outside area. Kitchen is equipped with untencils, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, stove and fridge. The BBQ area located outside! The beach house has 3 parking spots, and there is overflow parking lot which is about 20 meter away from the ranch. Las Veraneras is a private secured residential neighborhood with 24/7 security. Camino hacia Los Cobanos y a la par de Salinitas. While my beach house is within the Las Veraneras, it is owned and operated independently. Las Veraneras is in the same location as Las Veraneras Village and Resort, it is great area to go for walks and bike riding. Access to the beach is through Las Veraneras club house. This is limited for 9 guests, the club will charge a per person fee after 9th guest. Although you check out of the ranch by 12:00 pm, you may still stay at the clubhouse as late as you like as you receive a bracelet which is good for the whole day. For this reason, your beach access will be the following day after your arrival, i.e. if you arrive Saturday, your beach access will be Sunday. However, there is also public access to the beach and access is free. Playa Los Cobanos, is a public beach, there are different restaurants, locals charge $3 parking. Both Las Veraneras Clubhouse and Los Cobanos are a couple of minutes drive from the ranch. The property access to the beach is through Las Veraneras Club house. (there is also a public access by walking around the parameters of the clubhouse to the left side as you walk toward the club) The distance between beach house and club house is approx 15 walk or 2 minutes drive. You gain access to the club house with my membership. It allows up to 9 persons. Note, children under 6 do not count toward the 9 person count.The Club house charges $20 per person after the 9th person; however, they give you $10 back with restaurant as credit. Another option is going to La Playa Los Cobanos which is a public beach, there are different restaurants and locals usually charge $3.00 for parking, but unlimited beach access. Your access to the club house begins the morning following your arrival. You check in at the club house in the morning, you get your bracelets, although you check out of the beach house at 12:00 PM, you can stay at the club house and enjoy the amenities as late as you like.
