Our child-friendly holiday park has many facilities that will make your stay in a holiday home in Brabant extra pleasant. Renting a holiday home in Brabant at Parc de Kievit also means that you can use our park facilities, such as the heated outdoor pool, tennis courts and mini golf course. The children have also been thought of, there is a paddling pool, a playground and an animation team in high season. Huize Nassau is an attractive, luxurious and cozy holiday villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a recreation room and a large garden. Optimal enjoyment and relaxation with your family, friends or relatives: this house is fully equipped (free WIFI) and recently completely renovated (and new for rent). Whether you come in pairs or eight, you'll feel right at home here. Please note: the holiday villa cannot be booked for groups under 21 years of age.The house is spread over 3 floors. From the hall you enter the cozy dining area with large table and the open kitchen with cooking island. Behind the kitchen there is a bathroom with toilet and shower and a double bedroom. The spacious, bright living room with large wood-burning stove offers views of the garden from all sides. The patio doors lead to a covered and illuminated terrace (with remote control). Here is an outdoor table and a seat, so you can sit outside until late in the evening. You can spot various birds and squirrels in the large woodland garden. There is both sun and shade, a large fire bowl and a (buried) trampoline for the children. Hammocks, hanging chairs and swing bench can be hung in several places...Between the kitchen and the living room is the open staircase. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms (2p and 3p). There is also enough space for a cot.The stairs to the ground floor are located in the hall. Here you will find an extra fridge and a washing machine, a fourth double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom (toilet, shower and bath). There is also an attractively lit recreation room with a lounge sofa, TV, pool table and music system. Ideal for relaxing! All downstairs areas have underfloor heating. Do you want to go out in the area? Thanks to the extensive network of nodes, you can take beautiful walks and bike rides through nature from your holiday home in North Brabant. Shopping cities such as Tilburg and Breda and amusement parks such as the Efteling and Bobbejaanland are also easily and quickly accessible. The surroundings of Parc de Kievit are also very suitable for walking or cycling. Various walking and cycling routes are available at the reception. You can already rent a bicycle for €10 per day. Parc de Kievit offers you all the facilities for an unforgettable stay. Come and visit our cozy brasserie Parc de Kievit and the heated outdoor pool or paddling pool or one of our tennis courts. There is also plenty to do for children. Parc de Kievit considers sustainability and corporate social responsibility to be of paramount importance. That is why Parc de Kievit has installed two electric charging stations. You can charge your electric car at these charging stations. You need a charge card for this. More information about this charge card can be found at www.newmotion.com or at the reception. Within a 15-minute drive you will find a beautiful 18-hole golf course at Landgoed 'Utrecht' in Esbeek. A beautiful golf course in a wooded area. At the reception you can pay in cash, by pin or by credit card. Deposits paid will be refunded within 2 weeks if the accommodation is left tidy and without defects. At the reception you can rent a high chair or a cot. You can also rent bath and bed linen here. Pets are welcome at our park, but this must be indicated in advance because not all our accommodations are pet-free. If you bring pets, we charge a surcharge. Check-in from 4 pm - 6 pm on Monday and on Friday, other days from 3 pm - 5 pm. If you want to arrive later than 5 pm, please let us know.
