Stopping in Cedar City on the way up SR 14 for groceries is popular. Personal vehicle is best and most efficient mode of transportation. Vehicle with 4WD is REQUIRED when snow or mud is present. Also, SXS, snowmobiles, motorcycles and quads are very popular with miles of off road trails. Always check weather conditions before traveling. This cabin is located in the mountains of southwestern Utah at approximately 8500 feet elevation and snowfall can be heavy during winter and early spring, which WILL REQUIRE a 4WD vehicle (Nov-April) . You can download the UDOT app for up to minute travel conditions. Summers are mild and beautiful, but thunderstorms are common as well. Sometimes electricity and WI-FI can be spotty, so please be advised this can interrupt Internet and television viewing. This is our personal Cabin so we or our prior guests may have left some food and condiments; you are more than welcome to use what ever you need to make your stay comfortable. Any items in the bathroom are also there for your convenience.
