The neighborhood is safe and we live in the downstairs apartment which is completely separate from the upstairs apartment. Great for a few nights or an extended stay! If you would like to visit and talk about things to do in Peoria we are right downstairs (we live in a completely separate unit below the Fortress of Solitude - ours is the Basement of Solitude). We are located within a 2 minute drive of interstate 74, 10 minutes to downtown Peoria, and 15 minutes to the airport. Taxi and Uber are available in Peoria. We have off street parking for your car should you choose to drive yourself. Please note there is only parking available for up to 2 vehicles. If you need additional vehicles parking, please message us prior to booking for arrangements. We also expect the person booking the Air BnB to be present during your stay with us. If you need to leave early and other guests will be present during the remainder of your stay, you are expected to message us to make us aware of this situation.
