The Main Level includes: - Gourmet kitchen fully equipped with necessary cookware - Family room/living space with access to the backyard patio and dining area - 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) and 1 full bathroom - 1 Twin Sized Day Bed in the main living space The Second Level includes: - Master Bedroom (California King Bed) with a spacious walk-in closet, private balcony and an attached full bathroom - 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) and an attached full bathroom The backyard patio includes an outdoor dining table, gas BBQ grill, gas fire pit, orange tree, putting green and many areas to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet! Entire home plus building amenities are included! Please make yourself at home! There are two available parking spots and plenty of street parking available. The left side of the drive way is reserved for our long-term tenants. We do have an ADU attached to the left side of the property. However, our long-term tenants have their own fenced in yard and guests will not have to share any spaces! :) I’m only a message away and will be available during the duration of your stay! You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the major highways. Spend your mornings sipping coffee watching the ocean waves or explore all that Cardiff has to offer! Our home is the perfect location to get away, or stay in, with close proximity to the ocean and all of the fun that is San Diego!
