Lanai seating and dining area has additional entry into sun room for convenience and ease of monitoring young guest activity. Backyard has eight foot tall white fence to allow for full enjoyment of your private paradise. The location of this home is in a coastal community with the opportunity to visit several beaches in Venice, to the north in Sarasota, or to the south in Englewood.
