We are located in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. Relax with the whole family or with a group of friends at this beautiful and peaceful condo. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, this condo makes for the perfect beach getaway. It’s 5 minutes away from the beach and less than 10 minutes away from the boat yard “Puerto Del Rey”. Make sure you sit down and watch the gorgeous sunset from the garden in the backyard before your stay is over! This place is absolutely beautiful, you can feel all the positive energy and peace that radiates here and the views from the backyard are just unmatched. Possibilities and places to visit are countless, from the bioluminescent bay for night trips, secret beaches, unbelievable snorkeling, trips to Culebra, Vieques, Icaco Islands and so many more white sand beaches. You will have access to the entire condo. Key code (to be provided) to enter gated facilities, two assigned parking spaces, key code (to be provided) to enter apartment. Car access device and key to facilities (Courts, Pool, etc.) in the kitchen basket. Pool is open the entire week, 6am - 9:30pm. I will be available throughout your entire stay so if you have any questions feel free to contact me. Costa Esmeralda is a beautiful complex and very peaceful. The entire east coast is famous for the most beautiful beaches and islands you will ever see. The food from local vendors or restaurants is outstanding, especially the seafood, so get ready because you’re in for a treat! There are 2 free parking that come with the stay and visitor parking as well. Additional rules - The access code for Tele-entry and the code for the door will be given the night before your arrival - You agree to use our network only for legal purposes and you promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities. Early checking or late checkout must be approved by host in advance) -Only registered guests are allowed. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers when booking your reservation. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced to 7 persons Community does not allow guests outside of rental party. Extra fee will be required per guest in excess of 7. (SEE EXTRA FEES) -Visitors are NOT ALLOWED -You must be able to take the stairs to get to the property, there is no elevator. Please enter the building in an orderly manner, no shouting, no loud noises, no stomping feet, no dragging things through the stairs, no running. Please be considerate with our neighbors. -Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other or nearby residents. - You must use the two parking assigned and marked with number N102, both are located in front of the building Letter N on opposite sides. -Please do not eat at the bedrooms -Please turn off the air conditioners, lights and electronics when not in use or if you are away for long periods of time. -No loud noises after 9 pm, if this is not followed you will receive a Police Department Officer visit at your door for peace disturbance. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. - Guests must report any missing or damaged items/property within 24 hours of arrival. Guests will be charged for any missing, lost, and/or damaged items or damage to property at owner's discretion. If you break something please let us know immediately. - Do not leave children alone outside -Do not put wet towels outside -We provide beach chairs and a cooler. When you get back from the beach, please put all these items on the porch if they have sand on it. If you bring them back clean, we will appreciate that you put them back where they were. -We are not responsible for accidents or injuries EXTRA FEES (PLEASE READ) -Guest will be charged the following fees if any of the following rules are broken: 1. Smoking or vaping: $200 2. Unauthorized early check-in or check out: $150 3. Lost keys or gate sensor : $150 (each) 4. Extra guest fee: $100 per person, per night (after 7 guests) 'CHECK-OUT' It is a term we use meaning your final departure, which must be done by 11 am on check-out day, when your stay is over. When your stay is completed and you are ready to check-out do the following: -Close and lock all windows and close blinds. -Turn off all lights and small appliances. -Logout from all the video streaming apps that you have signed on -Don't leave dirty dishes in the sink and clean any spills that may occurred -Put all dirty/used towels at the laundry floor -Clear the fridge and shelves of any food you brought with you -Take out all the trash to the garbage container outside the apartment -Clean the BBQ grill if you used it. Please close the gas tank's valve. -Check to make sure you have all your clothes and belongings - Leave the keys and gate entrance sensor on the basket located at the kitchen counter -Close the back door and put the latch, close the front door with the code. -Please, send us a message when you leave the apartment, that will help me alert our cleaners for the next guests. A violation of any house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund. If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next quest, you are responsible to cover the resulting costs. We expect all guests to treat our home with respect and as if it were theirs. Guests are responsible for keeping the unit in clean and sanitary conditions until the end of their stay.
