There are many activities, beaches and restaurants just a short drive from the property with accessible and easy to navigate roads. Villa Brisita includes 1 covered garage parking spot and 1 additional parking spot in the driveway. - Check-in: 4:00 pm - Check-out: 11:00 am - NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. - NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property. - Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect for the neighbors. - Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation of the booking or expulsion from the property. - Towels and Linens: Please use towels and linens only for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels or linens will incur a charge of $50/towel. - Subletting: Subletting is not allowed. - Island Limitations: - Internet service is offered as a courtesy commodity. In the event of a power loss, internet access may be affected. We are not in control of any interruptions to the water supply. Villa Brisita has a 500-gallon water reservoir that will automatically turn on if the water supply is interrupted. - Reservations are confirmed with the understanding that any interruption of these services caused by the utility provider will not result in the termination of the reservation or any type of refunds. **Hot Tub Rules:** - Children under 18 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision. - Hot tub is available 24hrs, but quiet hours are still enforced: 10pm-8am - No glass, breakable objects, food or beverages are allowed in or near the hot tub area. - Please shower before and after entering the hot tub. - Smoking is not allowed in or around the hot tub. - Do not use any oils, lotions, or other substances before or in the hot tub. - Do not enter the hot tub if you have open wounds, cuts, or contagious diseases. - Do not use the hot tub during thunderstorms. - Maximum occupancy is limited to 5 people. - Turn the temperature to a max of 95 degrees. - Do not enter if the temperature is over 104°. - Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. - Do not stand or sit on spa cover. - Sexual activity is not allowed in the hot tub. The hot tub is not private and is visible to both the security cameras and neighbors. - Use the hot tub at your own risk. The property owner, and host, are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the use of the hot tub. - Violation of these rules is the responsibility of the guest and could result in expulsion from the property.
