Clean, homey room in my well maintained pet and smoke free home. My place is a perfect place to rest your head after a long day of traveling with easy, close access to Rte. 80. Located 1/2 a mile from the local hospital, it provides convenient access for traveling nurses, students, etc. I’m also approx 40 minutes from State College, home of the Nittany Lions, and minutes from many local attractions (see guidebook). This room is clean, comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep or to rest after a long shift. This cozy space also has a work desk for any studying or work you need to get done. The beach themed decor will make you feel like your at the beach- and wish you were! Kitchen, dining room, living room, side porch, back porch and yard are available for use. There is a TV with Apple TV hooked up to it. I do not subscribe to anything so there isn’t regular TV channels but there are plenty of movies and shows to browse through if you wish. I have a locked garage should you be bringing bikes, kayaks, ski gear, or anything else you would need to store. Please just let me know if you need. I am as available for guests as they’d like me to be. I live in a quiet, tree lined residential area. Within walking distance is a scenic river walk where you can feed the ducks and historical downtown. Walking is a good way to get around town here but also helpful to have a car. There is also Enterprise Rent a Car right down the street from me. There are some room guidelines in your room, and an information packet that also contains local attraction, dining, and winery brochures. I offer coffee, tea, bottled water, seasonal fruits, light snacks and variety of breakfast options. If I am around I’m happy to make breakfast - no charge! If there is anything else you’d like, please ask. I’ll do my best to accommodate!
