Welcome to our old home! This is not an investment property, we live in the house and are making renovations with the money we earn via AirBnB. Owning an old home, especially one built before electricity and plumbing, is not for the faint of heart! As you can see, we try to keep the cost of staying here as affordable as possible. We want to offer an affordable place for all travelers. However, this makes our renovation process go a little slower. We have an ever growing list on our to-do list and hope you stay with us multiple times to enjoy seeing the progress! Both of our businesses keep us away from the home and all over the Black Hills. Unless we do not have cell reception, we will respond ASAP. The house is located right off Main street, overlooking historic Lead, SD. It is within walking distance to everything you can do in downtown Lead. Bars, breweries, restaurants, museums, shopping, etc.... We are only three miles from Deadwood as well as Terry Peak Ski area! Parking is on the property next to the house. Additional parking can be found on Main Street in Lead. However, this is 3 hour parking Monday-Friday. Lyft is available in the area as well as taxis and a trolley offered by the city.
