Our apartment is about 5 minutes from Trinity Medical Center and The Taxslayer Center, is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. This "Mother-in-law" apartment is extremely quiet (sound-proofed) and private. Enjoy the deer and wild turkeys walking past your window or from your private patio, with a plethora of birds and other fauna and flora . All new appliances include refrigerator, 1100 W microwave, induction cook top, toaster oven and TV. Outdoors is a horseshoe area, bonfire pit, picnic table and benches near an ever-flowing creek. We recently added a fireplace and a washer/dryer! We are constantly improving our property. Recent upgrades include new carpet/rugs, pillows, futon cover, bedspread and dehumidifier. Lighted, safe parking on-site is provided We are available to advise you in local amenities such as plays, music, gaming, restaurants and shopping. We wash sheets and towels weekly for long term guests. Washer and dryer are available upon request. We live on the end of a cul-de-sac with over 50 acres of (lightly developed) woods surrounding our home. You cannot see the neighbors from your private patio in the summer! There is a bus stop on 7th St., just 3 blocks away. We're also central to shopping and entertainment. There are 13 steps and 100 foot path that lead you into the park like setting, punctuated with beautiful flower gardens. The distance form your designated parking space to your private entrance is a shorter walk than from most hotel parking lots to a room. I am always available to carry whatever luggage you have.
