The views are incredible but a 4 wheel drive a must in the winter months. In the summer months you can walk/hike anywhere. Winter months, it is a 15 minute walk down to the ski hill but a very steep hike home!! Must be 25 and over to rent Completely non smoking. No pets of any kind please and no infants under 3
