A blocks away from the beach, there are also shops, restaurants, and rental equipment for water activities. This home is walking distance to beach, park, restaurants and bike rentals. The dinning area light switch is under counter top, toward the living room side. Please do not bring sand to the house. Please shake sandy clothes and beach towels out side to get ride of the sand before washing in laundry. Sand breaks the laundry machine. I just replaced it. Thank you
