School enrollment documents to be submitted. 1 Bedroom available in the upper floor of 4-bedroom house, in Vancouver between Main and Fraser Streets. At 40th avenue. Close to 41st Avenue and Main Street bus stops. There is a queen bed, desk and chairs in each bedroom. I lend you bedding (bed sheets, pillows/pillow cases, comforter), bath towels and a few pots and pans. You bring your own kitchen cutlery, dishes and glassware. Easy access to Amazon and Microsoft downtown headquarters, UBC, Langara Community College and Vancouver hospitals. Lock on bedroom door. Includes utilities (heat, hot water, wifi, use of laundry machines) and once a month cleaning of the common areas. We will share the common areas: 1 bathroom 1 Living room 1 Kitchen, with dishwasher 1 Washer/Dryer in our house. No smoking, no 420, no pets.
