The house sits on a knoll overlooking Lake George. The yard is spacious with mature trees to provide shade. The lake views are uncommonly beautiful and can be seen from many rooms inside the house as well as enjoyed outside from the deck, yard or beach. Picnic tables, lounge furniture and a barbecue grill are available for use on the beach. For security purposes, there are 8 security cameras (no audio recording) around the perimeter of the house, as well as two ring doorbells at the entrances. The House at Tea Island has one kitchen equipped with a four-burner electric stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster oven and coffeemaker. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware are also provided. In addition to the dining room, the kitchen offers a dine in countertop complete with stools. For outside dining, picnic tables are provided on the beach or a table and chairs on each deck. The house is air conditioned and heated and has TV with cable and a VCR. Bed linens, pillows and bath towels are furnished. Guests may want to bring beach towels. The unit has three bedrooms, two which face the lake and are located across the hall from a full bath, and one which has its own full bath. All of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and are carpeted and furnished with a night table, lamp, bureau and each has its own closet. The House at Tea Island is situated directly on the lake on the West shore of Lake George. It lies about 1 mile north of Lake George Village with 110' of shoreline with a sandy beach and a spectacular view of Tea Island. **PLEASE NOTE** A 4% occupancy tax as well as a $500 refundable security deposit is due to the Host upon arrival in the form of cash, money order or certified bank check only.
